Single Pan Pasta with Alfredo Sauce

HIAD Contributor This amazing single pan noodles with Alfredo sauce are quick and easy to make. You can make the dish with pasta, but I have replaced pasta with thin chinese noodles and sauted it a bit to get rid of the extra starchy flavour. What is great is that you can make healthier versions of this by using more vegetables and less noodles and sauce. I used bell peppers but you can use any type of vegetables from Broccoli, zuchini, carrot, bellpepper, mushroom to beans. Bite size pieces of chicken also goes great with white sauce pasta or alfredo pasta. I have not tried adding pineapple to it though. I had great feedback on this quick and easy recipe for alfredo sauce and the plate. Recipe Noodles (or boiled pasta) 2 tsp oil Boiled noodles (or pasta) Chilli flakes Vegetables 1tsp oil Vegetables of your choice (Broccoli, zuchini, carrot, bellpepper, mushroom, beans, pineapple) Alfredo Sauce 2 cubes of butter 3 spoons all purpose flour 150ml of milk Black pepper to taste Chilli flakes and oregano to taste Salt to taste Method To make noodles, heat oil, add cooked noodles and chilli flakes and fry Fry vegetables until cooked To make Alfredo sauce, melt butter in a pan, add all purpose flour and milk and mix well.
