This amazing single pan noodles with Alfredo sauce are quick and easy to make. You can make the dish with pasta, but I have replaced pasta with thin chinese noodles and sauted it a bit to get rid of the extra starchy flavour.
What is great is that you can make healthier versions of this by using more vegetables and less noodles and sauce. I used bell peppers but you can use any type of vegetables from Broccoli, zuchini, carrot, bellpepper, mushroom to beans. Bite size pieces of chicken also goes great with white sauce pasta or alfredo pasta.
I have not tried adding pineapple to it though. I had great feedback on this quick and easy recipe for alfredo sauce and the plate.
