Cardi B is trending again online and no the reason is not WAP, Cardi B has filed for divorce from Offset.
According to reports published by many tabloids Cardi B has filed for divorce after three years of marriage with her husband Offset.
There is no information provided by Cardi B or Offset on this matter however later on some reports emerged sighting the possible reasons that has led the WAP singer to take this decision.
It was not a smooth relationship for a long time
Cardi B and Offset started dating in 2016 when they met at an event and they got hitched the very next year and welcomed daughter Kulture in July 2018. So where did it all go wrong?
There had been reports and allegations over the infidelity by Offset that has made their relationship toxic and the idea of splitting away is not new, as Cardi B told Cosmopolitan in an interview published in February 2018 that she wanted to work things out, despite the drama. But by December, she had had enough, announcing she had split from Offset amid new cheating rumors.
Then Offset had to beg publicly for the reconciliation but the rumor never stopped, in fact march this year a video went viral where Offset was accused of “hiding” his phone from Cardi B.
Just last month talking to Elle Cardi B has opened up about her love life where it seemed the relationship has taken off for good.
“I do know that my relationship has a lot of drama and everything. But there’s a lot of love, there’s a lot of passion, there’s a lot of trust, there’s a big friendship.”
And just after a month we hear the news, the Instagram post of the couple were always positive and they have showcased their lavish lifestyle and strong bond as a family.
“Her heart finally told her to stop wasting her time.”
Cardi B has sent a signal through Instagram as she shared a meme with a caption “It’s Time”
As reported by Cheatsheet.com, neither Cardi B nor Offset has commented over this.
So far, neither of them has directly commented on the divorce filing. However, E! News obtained court documents that say their relationship is “irretrievably broken” and that there’s no chance of working things out. The outlet adds that Cardi B reportedly wants child support for Kulture and that she hopes they can reach a settlement that works for them.
Now we have to see how things shape up, as they had been on verge of breaking up before as well. Is Offset going on his knees again begging for reconciliation or they just call it off amicably.
