Things between Prince Harry and Prince William must be really bad, seems like they are so bad that the two are being kept as far away from each other as possible. According to reports, the two won’t walk side by side on Saturday at Prince Philip’s funeral to minimise chances of any awkward moments,
Buckingham Palace released a broad outline of the funeral on Thursday 15 April and it was revealed that William and Harry’s cousin, Peter Phillips, will walk between the princes as they escort the coffin to St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle, west of London.
Prince Charles, the heir to the throne and the father of the princes, together with his sister, Princess Anne, will lead the 15-member procession.
Sorry, but we have to say separating the two brothers is pretty childish of the two and not at all what many would expect from the royals. No doubt the two will be watched closely on the day.
Palace officials have not yet commented on whether the positioning of the two is an effort to minimise family tensions which have only grown since Harry and his wife Meghan gave an interview to Oprah Winfrey. Meghan who is currently pregnant and in California will not be coming to the funeral on advice from her doctor.
