Eurozone was the epicenter of Coronavirus in first and second quarter of 2020 and America has left them behind, some have called it the herd immunity and some have called it late but effective implementation of guidelines by EU countries.
Extrapolating Spanish flu, a second wave was also suggested but as the number of cases dropped in Spain and Germany, they have slowly opened up businesses and life has returned to semi normal but a recent notice has turn heads back to Germany.

The German city of Munich will require masks to be worn at the busiest public spaces in tightened restrictions announced Monday by authorities to fight resurgence in Coronavirus infections.
Social distancing guidelines will be reinstated as gathering of two families or maximum of 5 individuals as confirmed by mayor Dieter Reiter.
The recent surge in the infection breaking a threshold of 50 for every 100,000 people to 55.9 has led to the drastic steps of reinstating the restrictions.
Coronavirus cases in Germany were dormant since April but now in September there is a rise in cases across Germany.
Government spokesman Steffen Seibert released a statement on this matter.

Germany on Monday has recorded 922 new Covid related cases, bringing the overall total so far to 272,337 cases. But according to the Robert Koch Institute for disease control, the number of casualties remained unchanged at 9,386.
