Mary-Kate Olsen, 34, was spotted without her wedding ring enjoying sushi for dinner in NYC on Sunday while her estranged husband, 51 year old, Olivier Sarkozy was seen with his ring on the next day according to Daily Mail.
The 34 year old was make-up free in a mustard hat although who she was with is not yet known. There was a large ring on her little finger but no signs of a wedding band from the pictures.
Mary-Kate split from her husband in April and has not worn a ring since, it has been reported but her husband has chosen to continue to wear his.
A source has said that the actress turned fashion designer is keen to keep busy. 'She's doing really well. Work is keeping her distracted,' a friend told Entertainment Tonight in September 2020.
In a summons and complaint filed to New York’s Supreme Court on April 17 2020, Mary-Kate has said that Olivier had tried to kick the actress out of her home in New York in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic and had to ask for an emergency order as the courts were not taking applications at the time.
She wrote:
'My husband has terminated the lease on our New York City residence … without my consent. This application is an emergency because my husband expects me to move out of our home on Monday, May 18, 2020 in the middle of New York City being on pause due to COVID-19.'
'I am petrified that my husband is trying to deprive me of the home we have lived in and if he is successful, I will not only lose my home but I risk losing my personal property as well.'
According to Daily Mail, “Olsen is worth an estimated $500 million and has an 'ironclad prenup' and 'business interests and fortune are protected' in the split, insiders told Us.”
