Careful who you trust, relationships either end silently and everyone moves on or there is a lot of drama involved. When it comes to celebs, it’s usually drama. In this case it centres around Lakers star Lamar Odom and his fiancé Sabrina Parr who is being accused of hacking his Instagram and holding platforms “hostage”. We will give you some time to digest that, sounds pretty far fetched and silly, right? Well that seems to be what has happened according to Lamar.
41 year old star, Lamar sent a video message to his fans on Wednesday saying;
"my social media platforms are being held hostage by my ex and we are working hard to recover my passwords for IG and Twitter."
Instead he urged his fans to follow him on other social media platforms including Snapchat and YouTube as he has hired a new media team.
He also added,
"If you got an iphone im on club house so drop in, Im starting a room about Mental Health, Toxic and Abusive Relationships and Self Love."
This statement was intended to Imply that Sabrina is controlling which sounds all the more believable when he also shares a screenshot of the ‘forgot my password’ screen claiming the email and phone number was linked to his exes.
Sabrina who is a health and life coach responded on Instagram denying the accusations of course, She wrote; 'I find these accusations from Lamar & whoever he’s working with extremely disappointing. We are no longer together and haven’t been for a while. I’ve chosen to move in silence about the situation & I suggest you do the same.
'We both know the truth and I assure you no truth is being told on their end. Now if you excuse me, I’m going to continue moving on in peace & silence.'
She later went on to delete this post.
Of course Lamar was not happy with her response and accused her of hacking his social media "every few months," Again hinting that she was controlling. He ended the said note with "give me my password and my passport."
He went on to write;
"I gave you a global platform. Use it for your good or it will destroy you. All the best."
How interesting, not sure why he would set up his insta on her name to begin with, assuming he had, claims from both sides are being questioned. Sabrina claiming she hasn’t been with him for a while has confused fans as the couple had announced the end of their engagement on 5thNovember on Instagram but were seen on Thanksgiving with her wearing her engagement ring. She captioned the picture with.
'So thankful to be surrounded by love on this day!'
Fans responded with; ‘I’m confused’ to ‘This is why you don’t do breakup announcements’
Within weeks she went from telling followers that 'I am no longer engaged to Lamar...Lamar has some things that he alone has to work through,' to posting about her love for her man again.
The pair first met in 2019 and went public with their relationship in August before he proposed just three months later.
Not sure about you, but we are all thoroughly confused. Sounds like a quick engagement, coupled with giving her access to his account details within less than a year to the on and off romance means this relationship should be classed under ‘it’s complicated category and perhaps kept private until they themselves decide if they want to be together or not.
