She comes from a wealthy family
Kayleigh was born in tampa florida to wealthy parents. Michael and Leanne McEnany owned a lucurative commercial roofing company which employes more than 140 people.
She went to a private Catholic school
McEnany was educated at the elite Academy of Holy Names, a private Catholic school in Tampa though she was a protestant so was heavily involved in debate clubs.
She majored in politics at Georgetown University
After leaving school Kayleigh moved to Washington DC where she attended the well respected Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. During her time she studied abroad at St Edmund Hall, Oxford.
As a college student, McEnany interned for several politicians, including Tom Gallagher, Adam Putnam, and even George W. Bush.
She went to work as a producer at Mike Huckabee Show
After graduating from Georgetown, McEnany found a spot in the media spending three years as a producer on the Mike Huckabee Show, now holding the same position as was held by Huckabee’s daughter Sarah Sanders.
She wanted to be on-air so went to Harvard Law School to further her education
As an ambitious individual McEnany wanted more so enrolled at the University of Miami School of Law, before transferring to Harvard Law School.
Huckabee said that;
"one of the reasons McEnany went on to law school was because she didn't see she was going to have an on-air opportunity at Fox anytime soon."
At the Miami School of Law, highly intelligent McEnany was a recipient of the Bruce J. Winick Award for Excellence, a scholarship awarded to students in the top 1% of their class.
She joined CNN and defended Donald J Trump several times
She graduated from Harvard in 2016 and the same year she announced her support for the most successful real estate tycoon Donald J Trump.
She joined CNN to keep her contrarian point of views where she has defended President Trump many a times.
She abruptly quit CNN after a year
After working with CNN for almost a year, McEnany abruptly quit CNN, and reappeared on real news update, based out of Trump Tower New York,
Her former employers and colleagues can't deny her intelligence
Former employer Mike Huckabee has called her a "meticulous researcher" and "extraordinarily prepared."
Her rapid occupational success was noted by Van Jones, CNN commentator and liberal activist who worked with her at CNN,

She became a spokesperson for Republican National Committee
On August 7, 2017, the Republican National Committee appointed McEnany as its national spokesperson.
In the weeks prior to her appointment as White House press secretary, McEnany praised Trump's handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, saying;
"This president will always put America first, he will always protect American citizens."
In October both President Trump and Kayleigh McEnany got infected with Coronavirus and both were successful in beating the virus.
