John Mayer is sparking more rumors with Cazzie David, Pete Davidson’s ex with a sweet Instagram post.
The 43 year old singer, John Mayer, was seen with 27 year old Cazzie earlier this month having dinner together. This sparked rumors of a potential relationship.
After Cazzie turned 27 on 10th May, John put a picture of her on Instagram with the caption;
“Happy birthday @cazziedavid. I care for you a great deal! Enjoy your special day,”
Cazzie reposted the story though did not add any other comments.
Cazzie and Pete Davidson dated for two and a half years before calling it quits in 2018. Last year in a new book of essays titled No One Asked For This, out on Nov 17th, Cazzie opened up about her breakup with Pete Davidson claiming that she broke up with him after struggling to convince him that she really loved him.
Though she called him days after initiating the split to say that she had made a mistake, Cazzie says that Pete told her that he was "the happiest he had ever been."
According to the Author, Davidson dumped her in a text message two days following the phone call.
It will be interesting to see how things unfold with John Mayer who is of course much older than her and Pete Davidson who are both 27.
