I am sure we have all been told that when you talk to someone you should make eye contact otherwise it is considered rude.
Yet these rules don’t appear to apply to the stars who have made it big, the diva like behaviour dictate you must not make eye contact even if it is rude. Although you would think, not when actually filming. Well if its 90210 then definitely not according to Jessica Alba.
In a new episode of Hot Ones on Thursday, host Sean Evans asked about her guest star experiences on popular TV shows as an up-and-coming actress.
Alba replied with her time on Beverly Hills, 90210;
“I couldn’t even make eye contact with any of the castmembers, which was really strange when you’re, like, trying to do a scene with them.” Jessica explained.
The 39 year old played pregnant teenager Leanne during season 8 in two episodes which aired in 1988 and had no choice but to do as she was told.
“It was like, ‘You’re not allowed to make eye contact with any one of the cast members or you’ll be thrown off the set.’”
Tiffany Thiessen who joined season 5 also complained that “The girls were not very nice to me” referring particularly to Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth
Beverly Hills, 90210 ran from 1990 to 2000 and starred Jennie Garth, Ian Ziering, Brian Austin Green, Tori Spelling, Jason Priestley, Luke Perry, Tiffani Thiessen and Shannen Doherty.
