Olivia Wilde may have moved on since announcing her split from Jason Sudeikis early last year who she was engaged to for 7 years and has two children but it comes at the cost of breaking Jason’s heart.
Olivia Wilde, 36 and Harry Styles, 26, were caught holding hands at the wedding of his agent, Jeff Azofflast weekend in California according to photos by Page 6.
A source told People at the time that;
"They were in Montecito, California this weekend for a wedding. They were affectionate around their friends, held hands and looked very happy. They have dated for a few weeks."
Since the wedding, Styles and Wilde have been more public about their relationship.
According to People, Sudeikis 'is absolutely heartbroken about the split' and her romance with the One direction singer, as he hopes to 'repair things' in their relationship.
After the breakup, Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis remained close and were even spotted hugging each other after announcing their breakup last year. The two have also remained amicable while they co-parent their children and some media outlets including Daily Mail believe there has been some continued romance until around November 2020.
An insider said;
'There is still a lot of love there, and he would like to have hope that maybe there's a way for them to repair things. But what happens next remains to be seen.'
According to E!News, Olivia was aware of Jason’s broken heart and had tried to keep the relationship quiet for as long as possible. The source said;
"Olivia's romance with Harry has been going on for a little while and has broken Jason's heart."
"She was definitely trying to keep the romance with Harry under wraps and was very careful."
Olivia Wilde and Harry Styles were reported to have started their romance after she hired him to shoot her movie ‘Don't Worry Darling’, which began filming in Los Angeles and Palm Springs back in October 2020. The role was originally intended for Shia LaBeouf who she replaced with Harry Styles after LaBeouf’s poor behaviour on set.
Sounds like despite announcing the split early last year, there was some chemistry between Sudeikis and Wilde judging by their closeness which may have sent him some mixed signals.
It is not known if Harry Styles caused the couple to breakup more officially if rumours of a more official breakup in November 2020 are to be believed but Olivia is moving on and Harry Styles has recently been on a lot of people’s list of the man everyone is interested in right now including Miley Cyrus who has publicly said she also wants a piece of him.
