Healthy Guacamole and Scrambled Egg Bagel

2 plum tomatoes

½ Hass Avacado

¼ tsp Lemon juice

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Scrambled Egg

1 egg

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

1 Toasted Bagel


1. Mash up avocado and mix all ingredients together to make guacamole

2. Mix egg, salt and pepper and fry to make scrambled egg

3. Toast Bagel

4. Assemble

5. Enjoy!
