Carole Radziwill seems to have gotten herself in a bit of a bother after her tweet congratulating Bachelor Colton Underwood which was less of a congratulation and more of her getting things off her chest.
The Real Housewives of New York star took to twitter congratulating the Bachelor star who came out as gay on “Good Morning America”. Her message reads;
Perhaps she should have stopped here but went on to separately tweet about whether ABC should be “vetting their contestants” better.
One user replied almost immediately writing;

Another fan pointed out to her that many women date guys who have later turned out be gay and that it “doesn’t reflect poorly on anyone”, to which she replied;
“Of course, I did too, I’m sure. But on national tv in a reality show game? Hits differently.”
Despite the backlash she wasn’t letting go of her stance, replying to one more fan she wrote;
"Aww, thanks. My heart is open but in all directions not just to that of the struggling man. He chose to go on a reality game show, the women and their journey should be part of this convo. I get it, its a show. #patriarchylives.”
Underwood who was the bachelor in the 2019 reality series said he regretted being on The Bachelor and apologised to women he hurt, particularly Cassie Randolf.
“Do I regret being ‘The Bachelor’? Do I regret handling it the way that I did? I do. I do think I could’ve handled it better,” he admitted to Roberts in his GMA interview.
“I just wish I wouldn’t have dragged people into the mess of figuring out who I was.”
“I can sit here and say I’m sorry to all of those women, and I can also say thank you because without them and without the ‘Bachelor’ franchise, I don’t know if this would’ve come out.”
Good of him to come out, sounds like being around the women made him realise what he didn’t want. Although Carole Radziwill seems to be more affected by all of this than most women on the show. The real question is..is her stance justified? Tell us what you think?
