Billie Eilish has been having a tough time recently and has had to file a restraining order against a man who she claims has been harassing her.
A man named John Hearle has been sending her threatening and scary notes for the last six months the singer claims. The 19 year old alleges that the stalker has even made ‘throat-slitting’ moves upon seeing her.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the man in question has been camping out at a school across her home.
In one note, it is claimed he said;
'You can't get what you want, unless what you want is to die for me ... You will know that soon the water will rise, and you might very well die ... You will die.'
The singer says that he has also been watching her entering and exiting her home by Hearle who has always tried to make some kind of gesture towards her which has been making her anxious and fearing for her safety and her family’s. She wants him to stay at least a minimum of 200 yards away from them.
While the LAPD is investigating an arrest has not yet been made.
The Blast also obtained documents in which Elish claims, Hearle has caused;
'emotional injury including fear for my safety, fear for the safety of my family, and loss of my sense of peace and tranquility and security in my home and‚ personal space resulting from the repeated instances of harassment.'
'I no longer feel safe going outside my home and enjoying basic physical exercise in my neighborhood, as he could attempt to approach and hurt me.'
'Every time I see him I just want to scream,' the singer concluded.
The judge is yet to rule on the matter.
Sounds very stalkerish and scary for Billie Eilish. Let’s hope she gets the restraining order she is looking for.
