Best exercise plan to help you lose weight

If you have piled on some pounds during lockdown and have given your body all the rest it needs, it might be time to get back into exercise again. We share with you a simple easy exercise plan which is very effective. It will be tough to start off with but will definitely get better over time.



This is a simple 45 minutes work out, you can start off with 15 minutes and build up to 25 minutes if needed.
