Boys are terrible at conversing unless the conversation has a purpose. Girls on the other hand love talking, they will tell you about anything and everything and have so many thoughts and ideas and funny things to share. It’s no wonder in WhatsApp conversations their messages are almost a page long and the response they receive is ‘lool’ or ‘haha true’ or 1 sentence.
I had the pleasure of getting to know someone, who had 6 standard go to responses and some emojis.
His standard responses

Now to pull this off, you will need occasional variant of those like ‘Tis true’ and some sentences to keep the conversation going. The other person has to feel like they are being listened to. But they don’t have to be too long. Emojis are your best friend though, use emojis as much as possible, they lighten the mood and the conversation.
This really is all you need to have multiple conversations with her and surprisingly it works! Of course she will eventually catch on if all the conversations took a similar format so some effort is needed but for the most part it will be a pretty fun and amusing conversation. Try it and let us know if it works!

Her: How are you?
Him: OK, You
Her: Fine thanks, just have a lot to do. Such a busy day at work, so many meetings. Not sure how I will survive, then I am seeing a friend after work.
Him: hahaha 🤣🤣
Girl: I know right! Can’t believe I have such a busy day
Him: Haha trueee. 😂
Me: What about yours?
Him: Good
Me: lol, is that all I will get from you?
Him: looool, 😂😂😂 no. Day fine
Conversation about her breaking her leg
Her: I have had such an awful day, I went go-karting and I really did not want to do it and was soo scared but they needed a girl on the team so I agreed to go and broke my leg. It’s not too bad but still 🤦🏻♀️
Him: OMG wow
Her: I know right, can’t believe someone actually broke their leg go-karting, it is quite funny
Him: haha trueee. 🤣🤣🤣
Her: Still it hurts a lot I hope my leg will be ok. 🙁
Him: Yes hope so
In the above conversation, lool instead of OMG wow would have worked too but OMG wow is safer.
Conversation about meeting up
Her: So I was thinking, we haven’t seen each other for a while, did you fancy doing something
Him: fair point
Her: If you are free after work maybe we can meet for a coffee
Him: ok
Her: Maybe we can go watch a movie, I don’t know I feel like doing something a bit different
Him: haha true 😂
Her: actually I think I will finish late lets just go and get some food.
Him: Loool, ok
The conversations also work without emojis.
How did I feel?
I guess I took it as him being good natured and just having a fun outlook on life. I would even go as far as saying he was funny. I am not so sure this technique would have worked longer term, however his good natured personality meant that when I pointed it out to him, after using a combination of 'lool', 'haha true' responses, he did start introducing new words, 'Tis true' being one. All I can say is, at least they were unique! 🤣 (emoji was needed 😉).
Also in fairness to him, we did talk about other things, but we messaged so frequently I guess a go to response was needed to keep the flow going. He was a great guy, though it did not end in a happily ever after for various reason, he was definitely memorable to say the least. 🙂 I am sure he is having some fun cheeky conversations with another girl right now. 🙃
