Leonardo DiCaprio, 45 celebrated his girlfriend Camila Morrone’s 23rd birthday with a star-studded yacht party in Los Angeles.
The party took place from 11am to 4.30pm on a 43-meter Leight Star Super Yacht, with guests which included Actress Nina Dobrev, Olympic snowboarder Shaun White and actors Kevin Connolly and Lukas Haas.
DiCaprio was seen wearing a mask during the party, which appeared to have been a theme as guests wore cowboy hats and western attire for the celebration.
While DiCaprio and Morrone have been romantically linked since January 2018, DiCaprio is notoriously private about his relationships and he and Morrone keep a largely low profile staying out of the spotlight and have mostly been seen on romantic vacations around the world.
Their first major outing together came earlier this year when they sat side-by-side at the Academy Awards, where DiCaprio was nominated for Best Actor for his performance in Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood. Although they did not walk the red carpet together, People reported.
The actress, who has received buzz for her breakout role in the independent film Mickey and the Bear, defended their age gap last year in an interview with The Los Angeles Times.
"There's so many relationships in Hollywood – and in the history of the world – where people have large age gaps. I just think anyone should be able to date who they want to date” she said.
Last week, the couple was seen picking up pizza and groceries from Eataly in Los Angeles. They loaded bags into their car and ate their pizzas before driving off and made sure to stay safe on their grocery run as they wore cloth masks and latex gloves before getting in their car.
While isolating with DiCaprio, the actress has also had more new additions to her household: two husky puppies called Jack and Jill, who she is fostering.
"Fostering a puppy during this quarantine time has been the single best decision,” she wrote on Instagram. “For all my friends showing interest in doing this, DO IT. You won’t regret it,” she continued, adding, “These sweet creatures need you so badly.”
She also revealed she had been using her isolation time to learn the guitar. Morrone – who is the stepdaughter of Al Pacino – is set to star in an adaptation of the bestselling book, Daisy Jones & The Six according to the standard.
